Life style changes is first to change and then others to cure even CANCER

Okay, so now your body has started to show you symptoms in the form of numbness, tingling sensation, blurred or double vision, weakness in the arms or legs and you go to a doctor who diagnosed it to stroke and prescribe medicine for that and asks you to do exercise and so on.  You need to know that doctors are also human being, wrong diagnoses can be made so it is in your interest to double check with another doctor and reconfirm the 1st diagnosis because many a time wrong diagnosis are done and months pass by before the patient again go back to the doctor with the same symptoms continuing and then being diagnosed again and then the correct conventional medicine being prescribed.  But you need to remember that you have been taking wrong medicine for the wrong illness so where does that leave you, it’s not that nothing has happened, yes the medicine that you were taking wrongly would have done some more harm to your body and now the body has to take care of your initial cause as well as other issues that is created due to the wrong diagnosis and wrong medicine but like I said human body is very complicated and at the same time more advanced than any technology invented in our world and that is the main reason why research after research are being modified and what research discovery was brought out in public notice 10 years back is not what will be brought out 10 years going forward, the research discovery will attribute more different causes to a disease than was stated 10 years back.

So if you are diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, the first thing that you need to do is lifestyle changes as below:

Soak in vitamin D – When you are diagnosed with any auto immune disease check out your vitamin and minerals levels, at least in this case Vitamin D, in most of the disease you will find that your Vitamin D deficiency has been observed in most Multiple Sclerosis cases.  So you will need to soak in first ray of morning sunlight in order for your body to make Vitamin D, so go and sit in sunlight in the early morning when the sun has just come out and not in the afternoon since afternoon sunlight contains UB radiation which is harmful to your body and can cause skin cancer
